Refund Policy

Overview

At Patsy & Tony’s Paw Retreat, we operate a structured, reservation-based service model. When you book or purchase a package, time and space are set aside specifically for your dog. For this reason, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and consistent.

 

Services & Packages

All services and packages are non-refundable once purchased.

This includes daycare packages, walking packages, boarding bookings, and home care visits. By securing your booking, we reserve time, staffing, and availability that cannot be reassigned at short notice.

 

Cancellations & Unused Sessions

We understand that plans can change.

With sufficient notice (minimum 24 hours), sessions may be rescheduled where availability allows. However, missed bookings or late cancellations will be charged in full or deducted from your package.

Unused sessions within a package must be used within the stated validity period and do not roll over.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in rare and exceptional cases at our discretion.

This may include situations such as a verified medical condition that prevents your dog from attending services. Supporting documentation may be required.

Approved refunds, if granted, may be issued in full or in part depending on the circumstances.

 

Service Unsuitability

If we determine that your dog is not a suitable fit for a particular service (for example, group daycare), we will discuss alternative options where possible.

In such cases, any remaining unused sessions may be credited toward another service, at our discretion, rather than refunded.

 

Business-Initiated Cancellations

If Patsy & Tony’s Paw Retreat needs to cancel a confirmed service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit.

Refunds in these situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Agreement

By purchasing services or packages, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
