1. Introduction

Welcome to Patsy & Tony’s Paw Retreat. By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing packages, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, structured, and positive experience for all clients and their pets.

2. Services

Patsy & Tony’s Paw Retreat provides dog daycare, dog walking, home care visits, and boarding services.

All services are offered subject to availability and client approval. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion where a pet is not a suitable fit for our environment or where safety, welfare, or operational concerns arise.

3. Client Approval

All new clients may be required to complete an intake process, including a meet and greet or assessment.

Accurate and complete information regarding your pet’s health, behaviour, and history must be provided. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate termination of services.

4. Bookings & Scheduling

All services must be booked in advance through our approved booking system.

While we aim to accommodate requested dates and times, bookings are subject to availability. Some services may be scheduled within time windows rather than exact times.

We recommend consistent scheduling to support your dog’s routine and wellbeing.

5. Payments

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Packages must be used within their stated validity period and are non-transferable between pets or households.

All services and packages are non-refundable once purchased, except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Cancellations & Changes

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations, missed bookings, or failure to provide access will result in the session being charged or deducted from any active package.

7. Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe and reliable access to their pet and/or property at the scheduled time.

This may include keys, access codes, or clear entry instructions. We are not responsible for missed services where access cannot be obtained.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment, including secure fencing, safe equipment, and appropriate handling instructions.

8. Health & Veterinary Care

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations where applicable, free from contagious illness, and maintained on appropriate parasite prevention.

Owners must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or special care requirements.

If a pet becomes unwell or injured while in our care, we will contact the owner or emergency contact. If necessary, veterinary care will be sought, and all associated costs are the responsibility of the owner.

9. Behaviour & Safety

We operate using a behaviour-informed approach that prioritises calm handling, structured routines, and group wellbeing.

Pets must be safe to handle and appropriate for the service provided. Any history of aggression, anxiety, or behavioural concerns must be disclosed.

We reserve the right to remove a pet from group services or discontinue services if behaviour presents a risk to the pet, other animals, or handlers.

10. Service Conditions

Services are delivered with the utmost care; however, certain conditions apply:

Daycare and boarding are social environments where interaction between dogs occurs. Walks take place in outdoor environments. Home visits involve entering client properties.

While we take all reasonable precautions, inherent risks exist in these settings.

11. Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with animal care and group environments.

Patsy & Tony’s Paw Retreat is not liable for minor injuries, illness, loss, or incidents that may occur during the normal course of services.

We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pets, or for circumstances beyond our control, including undisclosed behavioural or medical conditions.

12. Keys & Property

Where keys or access devices are provided, they will be handled with care and used solely for the purpose of delivering services.

We are not liable for security issues arising from faulty locks, unclear instructions, or third-party access to the property.

13. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Services may be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions, particularly during UAE summer months, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pets.

14. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, pricing, or policies at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
